Getting a mega deal on a new or used car is only good news if your new chosen chariot is not about to drop its value like a brick in a swimming pool.
When buying a car you should consider how long you intend to keep it and look ahead in the classifieds to see what sort of money a similar car will attain in 2-3-4 years time ?
Some makes and models are serial offenders. Some makes are holding there value like they wont go out of fashion. Sometimes future values can be skewered by the export market and changes in CO2 emissions laws overseas.
